Merchandiser

Plan and ensure product stock availability in stores/outlets.

Arrange product displays to be attractive and aligned with company standards (merchandising & planogram).

Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and product condition.

Conduct regular store visits to maintain product visibility.

Collect data on sales, stock levels, and competitor activities in the field.

Coordinate with the sales team, promoters, and store staff.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock availability, display conditions, and promotional activities.

Support the execution of in-store promotional programs.

Maintain good relationships with store staff to optimize product placement and visibility.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major.

Experience as a Merchandiser / SPG / Sales is preferred.

Understanding of basic merchandising and product display principles.

Owns a motorcycle and a valid SIM C (if required for field visits).

Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in the field.

Willing to be mobile and work according to assigned areas.

Develop as a pioneering platform that introduces Korean cosmetics brands that contain market value via our integrated online / offline sales & marketing channel to Indonesia.
