Chief of Accounting

Divino Gili Air is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Chief of Accounting

to join our hospitality and F&B team in

Gili Air, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara . This is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity to support the sustainable growth of our hospitality business.

What you’ll be doing Overseeing and managing all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations

Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies

Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support operational and strategic decision-making

Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and variances, and providing actionable insights to management

Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required

Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy

Supporting operational teams by providing financial guidance related to hospitality and F&B operations

Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting and finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes

What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum

3 years of experience

in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within

hospitality, F&B, or tourism

industries

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software; experience with hospitality accounting systems is an advantage
