About the Role This role is designed for hands-on deal makers and world-class hunters who will secure large-scale Conveyor projects all over the globe. This is a newly created and business critical position, responsible for the materialisation of $100m AUD in incremental sales growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be supported by our global sales, engineering and marketing teams with additional technical administrative support. This is a global position that will require regular monthly travel to international and domestic sites.

The Right Person This position comes with the highest of expectations and standards and therefore requires the best of the best. We like the possibility of finding the right person with the following history but believe attitude and aptitude can be acceptable substitutes for experience in the right candidate. Extensive experience in Conveyors and/or Materials Handling industries across multiple countries/regions. Proven experience working across EPC and EPCM models, engaging directly with OEMs, contractors and end-users. Demonstrated success leading global tenders and securing work with major mining organisations. Strong track record negotiating high-value contracts.
