Responsible for achieving Conversion Rate, Basket Size, and Revenue targets of Tanam Consultants. Manage and monitor sales activities including consultation visits and upgrade customer handling. Lead negotiation strategy and deal closing for non-upgrade, refund-risk, and complex cases. Develop customer relationship strategy to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Oversee payment quality control (Lunas vs DP small) to ensure healthy cash-in performance. Manage lead distribution and capacity planning based on TC performance level. Conduct periodical performance analysis, 1-on-1 coaching, and action planning to improve TC performance. Collaborate with Marketing, CS, Reservasi, and Clinic team to ensure funnel effectiveness.
