Coordinator R&D (Seed Production)

to lead and oversee seed production programs, ensuring innovation, quality, and efficiency across our operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in forestry research while working with a dedicated team committed to sustainability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities Lead seed production programs from planning to distribution. Oversee nursery development, maintenance, and phenology monitoring. Ensure seed quality through regular testing and compliance with standards.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Forestry, or related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with minimum 7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of agricultural/forestry science, experimental design, and seed production. Skilled in administration and effective communication. Proficiency in English (active) Willing to be placed in Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi (remote area).
