Process, verify, and file all sales documents (such as Vehicle Order Forms, invoices, and handover documents) accurately and on time Input and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, assist in preparing sales reports Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance or Accounting) and external partners (leasing companies) to ensure smooth transactions process Handle aftersales administrative needs, including unit delivery scheduling, document processing, managing registration documents and following up on customer satisfaction Monitor and ensure stock accuracy between physical electric motorcycle units and system records
