Grand Diamond Hotel Yogyakarta is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Food & Beverage Captain and FB Service Attendant to lead our service team and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction Position FB Captain FB Service Attendant (Staff)

Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (hotel background preferred) Strong leadership and team coordination skills Good communication skills in English Well-groomed and customer-focused Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities FB Captain: Supervise daily restaurant operations Lead and support the service team Ensure service standards & guest satisfaction Handle guest concerns professionally

FB Service Attendant Welcome guests and take orders accurately Serve food & beverages according to standards Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup Provide friendly and attentive service
