Operations Engineer (Shifting)

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot

Linux-based systems

in accordance with best practices.

Assist in the administration of

public cloud / IaaS environments , including Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.

Support implementation of DevOps workflows, automation, and CI/CD processes based on internal DevOps training (Linux Practical DevOps / LF-DOS).

Manage and maintain

databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.

Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Participate in scheduled training programs and complete required certification paths (LFCA, LFCS, DCA).

Perform routine systems monitoring and respond to incidents or operational issues.

Support infrastructure documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to team projects using at least one programming language for scripting or automation.

Requirements Minimum education:

Diploma (D3)

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience

in IT, system administration, or DevOps-related roles.

Completion of or willingness to complete required certification paths is a plus:

DCA (Docker Certified Associate)

Internal

Linux Practical DevOps (LF-DOS)

training

Demonstrated soft skills: strong initiative, eagerness to learn, and a positive work ethic.

Basic proficiency in

Linux operating systems , proven by certification or training participation.

Basic experience managing

cloud platforms

(GCP, AWS, Azure, or OpenStack).

Strong understanding of

database management

(installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting).

Willing to work in shift (3 shift)
