About the Job This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end P&L governance for the Mitra function, ensuring strong financial visibility, accuracy, and performance control. The position acts as a strategic finance partner to drive unit economics improvement, identify margin and cost optimization opportunities, and provide leadership-ready insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.

Job Description Manage end-to-end P&L governance for the Mitra function, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance analysis, and performance reporting to leadership. Drive unit economics improvement by identifying margin/cost leakage and partnering with Product, Ops, and Supply teams to execute measurable optimization initiatives. Develop and maintain financial and operational performance dashboards (SKU/partner/channel level) to enable data-driven decision making and early risk detection. Support commercial and strategic decisioning (pricing/fee structure, promo ROI, partner evaluation, and business case preparation for new initiatives). Ensure disciplined monthly close support (accrual accuracy, mapping, and timely insights) to maintain reliable financial visibility.
