Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets

Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Recommend pricing, sales policies, and contract terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and performance reports for management

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets

Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Recommend pricing, sales policies, and contract terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and performance reports for management

Business Development & Key Accounts

Identify and develop new business opportunities within semiconductor manufacturers and OEM/EMS customers

Manage and grow strategic key accounts with long-term partnership approach

Drive customer engagement to meet technical and commercial needs

Lead contract negotiations and support deal closure

Market Intelligence & Product Positioning

Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management

Coordinate product launches, technical presentations, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a small sales team (2 members)

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and guide team members toward achieving sales targets

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline

5–10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry

Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution

Strong understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and market dynamics

Experience managing key accounts and handling commercial negotiations

Prior team leadership experience preferred

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel overseas occasionally

Able to work under tight schedules in a performance-driven environment
