Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Drive end-to-end recruitment for both tech and operations teams, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Performance Management & Incentive Design
Design and implement performance evaluation systems, KPIs, and incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
Training & Organization Development
Support capability building, leadership development, and organizational structure optimization.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and handle HR policies and disciplinary processes.
Requirements:
Willing to work 6 days per week (Saturday until 12 pm); fully onsite.
Bachelorโs degree from a Top 5 university in Indonesia (preferred), with a
minimum of 2 years of experience in HR .
English as a working language (spoken & written) is a must
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in fast-growing tech or platform companies is a plus
Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
