Qualifications
Has 4-5 years of work experience in related field
Has background working in Health and Beauty, Mini Market, FMCG Industry would be preferred
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and own sense of urgency for incident resolution
Has commercial experience and has ability to communicate and influence to brand partners and at all organizational levels and across all functions
Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile
Familiar with excel, presentation making, margin calculation as well as planogram planning
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Job Description
Build & Manage relationship with Brand Partners for omni Channel (Communication, Revenue, Stock, Promotion, Visibility, Branding, Activation, Review, etc).
Liaise with other internal teams (business functions) to support brands performance.
Involve in initiate idea, negotiate, coordinate and execute the new business opportunities plans to the Sociolla B2C
Monitor Sales, Discount and overall Revenue for the assigned category
