About The Role Assist to Sales & Marketing Manager for reporting and admin. Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner using Hotel's telephone etiquette guidelines. Handle telephone enquiries according to departmental procedure Assist in the packing of materials when required. e.g. hotel brochures, sales kits, giveaway etc. Able to handle sales inquiries. (Hotel brochures, slides, sales kits and give-away) Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments. Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel's sales administration process.

Your Skills & Experiences Good communication and customer contact skills Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team Ability to speak English and other language is advantages. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & Power Point Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
