We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take ownership of campaigns, think critically, and contribute to real performance outcomes. This is a long-term remote position working Australian business hours (AEST).

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will work closely with our SEO Manager and Australian Account Managers to execute and improve SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.

Your core responsibilities include:

Managing and optimising Google Business Profiles (GMB) Conducting technical SEO audits and implementing high-impact fixes Building strategic content briefs based on search intent and keyword research Completing keyword research for new and existing clients Onboarding new SEO clients and setting up GA4, Search Console and tracking Optimising on-page elements and internal linking structures Preparing and presenting monthly performance reports (rankings, traffic, conversions) Monitoring performance data and identifying improvement opportunities

This role suits someone who:

Has 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience Has worked in an agency environment Understands technical, on-page and content SEO Is confident using GA4, Search Console and professional SEO tools Thinks analytically and challenges assumptions using data Communicates clearly and professionally in English

We are not looking for someone who only follows templates. We want someone who understands why actions drive results.
