Requirements:
Experienced in Business Development.
Proven experience and skills in developing financial models and conducting feasibility studies.
Experienced in preparing comprehensive business plans.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and project finance.
Skilled in market research and analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrate high integrity in handling confidential information and data.
(Preferable) Prior experience working with a property market consultancy or firms conducting feasibility studies for property or development projects.
Job Description:
Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects in accordance with the companyโs established standards.
Plan and prepare the development of new projects, either independently or in collaboration with other parties (such as other developers or landowners).
Perform market research and business analysis on the property industry (including market trends, economic outlook, competitor landscape, regulations, etc.) to support strategic decision-making in new land development.
