Internal Audit General Manager

Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee internal audit operations to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations. Develop annual audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective implementation across departments. Supervise and guide audit teams in performing operational, financial, and investigative audits. Evaluate internal control systems and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Present audit findings and reports to senior management and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.

Qualifications: Min. Bachelor Degree in Economics from a reputable university Min. 10 years of experience as Internal Audit Manager within property industry (highly preferred). Certified in CIA, CPA or CISA. Experience in developing audit plans and conducting risk assessments. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving. Knowledge of industry standard and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead audit teams effectively.
