We are seeking a
Finance Officer
to join our team at Robust Golf Academy. This role is responsible for managing the academy’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining healthy cash flow. You will work closely with management to deliver insights on revenues, expenses, and overall financial performance—helping drive the academy’s continued growth.
Job Description
Financial Reporting & Business Analysis
Track and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) for clinics, bootcamps, events, merchandise, sponsorships, and other programs.
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP).
Build break‑even analysis and ROI models for new events, facilities, programs, and merchandising initiatives.
Provide clear, actionable financial insights to management to support growth, cost efficiency, and revenue optimization.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Support
Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting with management.
Maintain budgets and monitor overall financial health across all operations.
Design and monitor revenue‑sharing structures for coaches while keeping costs under control.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting records across all revenue streams.
Ensure financial documentation and reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Reconcile invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
Oversee petty cash, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
Manage beverage consignment operations, including inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Monitor program payments, tuition collections, and other receivables.
Manage vendor payments, operational expenses, and staff/coach salaries.
Monitor cash flow to ensure day‑to‑day operational stability.
Manage sponsor invoicing and ROI reporting to support sponsor renewals and long‑term relationships.
Payroll, Compliance & Administration
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Handle monthly tax calculation, payment, and reporting (PPh 21 and PPh Article 4(2)).
Coordinate with external accountants or tax consultants when required.
Manage BPJS registration, administration, and reporting.
Handle work visa processing for foreign coaches, including documentation and coordination with relevant authorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field .
2–3 years’ experience
in finance or accounting (experience in sports, hospitality, or education industries is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of
Indonesian accounting standards and taxation .
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
(pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Familiarity with accounting software (Accurate preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English and Indonesian .
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a small team.
