Social Media Intern

As a Social Media Intern, you will be owning the end-to-end publishing for one of our products; from driving social media, in-game promotions, and community engagement to bring our game and campaigns to life. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful content, activate online and offline community events, and turn insights into continuous improvements while representing the brand across multiple channels. Responsible for end-to-end publishing management for one of our products, including social media management and in-game publishing push Plan, concept, launch engaging social media contents to promote our game and our campaigns Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce contents and promote our events Identify users engagement opportunities and act on them creating community events (online / offline) Generate social media insights and reports to be shared to cross-functional teams Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers, adapting our content to our communities Communicate on behalf of the brand across multiple channels Job Requirements

Minimum a final year students or a bachelor degree in any majors from a top reputable university, having previous internship experience in social media or relevant filed would be a plus point Familiar with various social media channels (especially TikTok & Instagram) Strong project management skill with a proven track record of initiating and monitoring several simultaneous channels and projects, as well as creating community strategies and events Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice Experience in involving or actively participating in any community channel currently, either as a member/admin will be a plus point Willing to work under 6 months internship contract within a full WFO arrangement in our office at South Jakarta
