Strategy & Planning
Create development and commercialization strategy for Trade Finance Syariah products and services to support the Bankโs financial and non-financial objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders and supporting units to develop and review product strategies, policies and procedures in line with the companyโs vision and mission
Along with IT, OPS and other related units, to continuously explore the possibility of improving efficiency in performing banking transaction by streamlining process flow and implementing new technology with less cost
Business Performance and Management
Work with sales team to enhance existing products or to develop new product based on customer needs and market study to achieve AOP
Deliver effective and efficient solutions to address market and customer needs
Perform periodic review of risk profile on Trade Finance products, services and system
Ensure all products and services used by clients perform properly to support clients executing their financial transactions through the Bank
Continuously monitor product usage and profitability to ensure the investments generate the expected revenues
Examine financial and non-financial aspects of Trade Finance product and services to improve their processes
Develop Trade Finance product and service training and workshop modules for various stakeholders of the business
Grow trade business from existing customers while maximize the cross selling opportunities, as well as optimize utilization of trade facilities extended by the Bank, through satisfactory service delivery and strong relationship management
Evaluate policies and processes related to trade finance transactions in coordination with Trade Product and Trade Sales to ensure that the Bankโs processes or procedures meet the clientโs needs and expectations
Develop and improve business unit knowledge related to the latest Syariah Trade Finance process
People Management
Planning and implementing human resource development for Trade Finance Products personnel to support business growth and to ensure the functions and responsibilities are performed optimally
Organise and supervise activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all tasks within different functions are carried out in an efficient manner and are consistent with operating procedures and policy
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all SOPs, working instructions and other documentations related to Trade Finance products and services comply with both internal policy, external regulations and compliance (BI, OJK, BNM, etc.)
UCP, URC, ISP, and all ICC (International Chamber of Commerce)โs international practices for Trade Finance
Develop risk awareness and risk culture through Self Assesment and Review Program (SHARP), trade finance product policy and procedure as well as International Rules , regulatory compliance for trade finance
