Service Delivery Manager
to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and optimize processes for peak performance.
Lead after-sales support and ensure excellent customer experience.
Manage installation schedules, quality control, and fault reporting.
Supervise control room activities and maintain operational compliance.
Build and lead a high-performing team across functions.
Align local operations with regional goals, manage budgets, and report KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in a managerial role.
Proven leadership across multi-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
