The Tele Account Manager (TAM) is the first point of contact and primary driver for generating new business interest among corporate account list in the APAC region. This role is responsible for executing outbound calling and digital engagement strategies to identify, qualify, and create initial interest for Cloud workloads and solutions, directly fueling the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Interest Creation:

Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to a targeted list of corporate accounts to generate interest in Cloud consumption.

Initial Qualification:

Understand customer business challenges and identify potential use cases for Cloud workloads (e.g., AI/ML, Data Analytics, Infrastructure).

Meeting Arrangement:

Proactively coordinate and schedule meetings with all relevant stakeholders (Customer, Partner Channel Manager, Technical Solution Specialist and Partners) to transition the qualified interest.

Hand-off Management:

Clearly and concisely document the customer's identified use case and interest level before transferring the lead to the Partner Channel Manager / Technical Solution Specialist for verification.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Around 2-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in the IT/Cloud space.

Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple, business-focused manner.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.

Have own laptop to work from home.
