The Role? Can you make video ads like this? https://www.theventurebeyond.com/portfolio We are seeking a talented Remote Video Editor with Video Editing experience to join our team!

You'll create captivating short-form and long-form (VSL) ads for platforms like Instagram and Facebook, as well as image ads. You'll collaborate with our in-house and remote teams to produce engaging content that captures attention and enhances messaging for our diverse e-commerce clients!

Who We're Looking For: Must be highly skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, knowledge of After Effects and Motion Graphic desirable, but not essential Must have solid experience editing short form ads/social media marketing videos, longer form VSL style videos. Must have an understanding of retention-based editing techniques: split screen, greenscreen, stylized captions, transitions, sound effects, visual hierarchy etc. Preferably you would have an understanding of creative strategy - know the difference between Hooks, CTA, Problem/Solution, de-positioning etc. Enthusiastic about using new Al technology to enhance creativity. Proactive, resourceful, and open to feedback.

Key Responsibilities: Advanced editing in Premiere Pro. Animating branded templates while adhering to brand guidelines. Staying updated on video trends and best practices. Managing multiple projects to deliver high-quality edits on budget.

Requirements You MUST have experience editing Paid Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok). You MUST have a fast reliable internet connection to download/upload files. You MUST be able to work 7.5 hrs per day, Monday-Friday. Conversation, professional or native level of English proficiency.
