Serpong Beach Club, we are hiring! Guest Service Supervisor - Pool

Position Requirement Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in lifeguarding, pool operations, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lifeguard or pool management role, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Current lifeguard certification, CPR certification, and First Aid training required. Strong knowledge of pool safety procedures, emergency protocols, and regulatory requirements is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and patrons of all ages.
