General Requirements Min 2 years experience in a Front Office leadership role at a 4-star hotel Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PMS Power Pro will be a plus Excellent communication and guest service skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Fluent in English, both spoken and written Flexible, well-organized, and detail-oriented Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Placement in Makassar, South Sulawesi
