Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus) Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, accounting standards, and taxation Experience handling end-to-end finance operations (AP/AR, GL, cash flow, budgeting, costing) Familiar with financial modeling and business forecasting is a strong advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Seniority level
