Content Creator & Sosial Media Lead

Develop and execute a content strategy to promote the company’s beauty product portfolio across digital channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.Create high-quality visual and video content for beauty brands. Develop creative and engaging beauty content aligned with the brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing team to determine content themes, campaign ideas, and storytelling. Manage the content production workflow from planning, production, posting, to evaluation. Analyze and report content performance and provide recommendations to improve digital and social media effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty industry trends and social media content strategies. Use digital editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty or consumer products industry. Experience in managing or participating in organizational teams, especially in content or creative teams. Able to plan content timelines, coordinate with team members, and manage the workflow from planning to publishing. Experienced in content evaluation, including reviewing performance and optimizing future content strategies. Strong understanding of social media data research, insights, and analytics to support content decisions. Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated with the latest trends.
