About the Role
Billfazz & Payments, a business unit under Fazz Agen, specializes in B2B sales. We provide an extensive network of biller and utility services, along with a diverse range of payment solutions, including payment acceptance and fund disbursement. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Business Development Associate
to support our market expansion efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
Achieve assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to business growth.
Drive client acquisition and identify new market opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts.
Conduct in-depth market research and gather insights to assess potential growth areas.
Evaluate prospective clients and coordinate meetings for high-value opportunities in collaboration with the team.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and analyzing prospective clients.
Prepare and present regular reports and insights to the Business Development team to enhance strategic decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/business development, experience in B2B partnerships is a significant advantage.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Business, or Management.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Passionate and knowledgeable about the Financial Technology industry.
Highly proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
Open to fresh graduates.
