Job DescriptionWe are looking for a General Affair (GA) Team Lead to oversee daily office operations, facility management, and administrative support. This role ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. You will lead the GA team, manage office assets, and support operational activities in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the General Affair team.Manage office facilities, maintenance, and workspace arrangements.Handle procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.Maintain asset inventory and ensure operational compliance.Coordinate office improvements, events, and administrative needs.Collaborate with internal departments for operational support.
Job RequirementsBachelorโs degree in a related field.2-3 years of GA/Office Management experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.Experience in tech, startup, or fintech is a plus.Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and vendor negotiation abilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
