SALES ENGINEER MAMAGER in BIENHOA SOUTH VIETNAM

Company Description Clearwater Vietnam Co., Ltd., member of the Clearwater Enterprises Network (Southeast Asia, China, … 20 persons n Asia) is a Representative Agency since 2009 of International Manufacturers of rearing equipment and dosing technology for Livestock, Irrigation, Water Treatment, facing new development, we are now looking for a sales-engineer, better based in Bienhoa or in a nearby area.

Role Description We are seeking a Sales Engineer Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Bien Hoa, South Vietnam. The role involves driving sales initiatives, building a team of sales engineers, and developing effective strategies to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include customer engagement, technical presentations, building client relationships, and providing support to resolve technical inquiries. The role includes both in-office responsibilities and the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. All travelling expenses and social insurances are covered by the company.

Qualifications Technical proficiency in areas such as engineering solutions and advanced product knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer interaction and team leadership Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills Proven experience in sales, business development, and market analysis Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team effectively Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments Proficiency in English; Fluent in Vietnamese, knowledge of additional languages is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in Livestock, Agriculture or Water Management industries is a plus
