Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various sectors. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job specifications and organizational needs. Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, creating a positive experience. Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract high-quality talent efficiently. Contribute to team discussions, providing insightful ideas and strategies for enhancing recruitment processes. Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to develop your recruitment expertise. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently. A collaborative spirit with a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team. Willingness to relocate to Indonesia, supported by our comprehensive paid relocation package.
