This is a full-time, on-site position for a

Network & Community Development Executive – Umrah , based in Tangerang. The role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with individual clients, religious leaders (ustadz), majelis taklim, and community groups to expand Umrah market reach. The Executive will actively identify new opportunities, nurture long-term relationships, and drive jamaah acquisition through structured community engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include: Building and expanding a strong network of religious and community partners Managing and maintaining relationships with ustadz and group leaders Achieving monthly and quarterly jamaah targets Coordinating closely with internal operations to ensure smooth group departures Supporting promotional and community-based activation programs Representing the company in religious gatherings, events, and partnership meetings The position requires proactive outreach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate community trust into sustainable business growth. Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles (Umrah/Hajj industry preferred) Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities, particularly within religious or community segments Proven ability to achieve sales or acquisition targets Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable working with measurable KPIs Willing to work full-time onsite in Tangerang Prior experience in Umrah, Hajj, Islamic travel, or community-based marketing is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is an advantage
