Job Responsibilities: Responsible for defining and upgrading the overall visual style of the company's heated tobacco product line, optimizing and iterating existing brand design strategies. Develop and output brand VI visual guidelines, supervise and ensure the quality of design implementation. Stay updated on popular visual design trends, research target users' aesthetic preferences to optimize existing visual creativity, plan design and creative directions, and enhance the visual quality of websites, product packaging, promotional materials, brand events, and brand image stores.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication Design or related field, with overseas study experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand visual design, with experience in the e-cigarette, consumer electronics, FMCG industries, or 4A advertising agency creative design preferred. Possess innovative design concepts, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong creativity, and rich imagination. Exceptional visual presentation skills, high aesthetic standards, and a portfolio of successful works and cases in branding, fashion, etc. Ability to lead the visual design direction of key projects and complete major visual design tasks. Conduct trend analysis, pay attention to user experience details, strong comprehension and outstanding communication skills, familiarity with Southeast Asian, especially Indonesian, cultural visual expression is a plus.
