Sales Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role This full‑time Sales Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking) role offers an exciting opportunity to join the team at PT AiJOY Home Technology Indonesia, a leading consumer retail and product company based in Pluit, North Jakarta. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of sales professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance across multiple locations.

What you’ll be doing Responsible for the development and maintenance of offline home appliance distributors and retail outlets, establish a local offline sales network, and accomplish channel expansion targets.

Be goal‑oriented and capable of working independently. Undertake daily customer development and follow‑up tasks, complete basic work such as dealer negotiations and cooperation finalization, and drive the achievement of overall sales indicators.

Liaise with local Indonesian KA home appliance stores, handle basic matters including product entry, promotion activity application and display coordination, and be familiar with the basic processes of store cooperation.

Develop retail terminals, engineering and commercial clients, and promptly feedback market demands and competitor dynamics.

What we’re looking for

Have at least 3 years of offline sales experience in the Indonesian home appliance industry; experience in retail channel development or engineering/commercial project development is preferred.

Fluent in Chinese (usable as the working language), and proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing Indonesian, enabling smooth communication with local clients.

Possess basic offline home appliance channel resources, be familiar with Indonesian offline sales models, and have the ability to negotiate with clients independently.

Be able to adapt to frequent business trips, with strong pressure resistance and result‑oriented thinking.

Hold a bachelor's degree or above; proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and possess basic data analysis capabilities.
