To lead and develop strategic human resource initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals, build effective and efficient HR systems, and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures that support organizational growth and company culture.
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with the company's strategic direction.
Act as a strategic business partner in organizational decision-making.
Organizational Development & Culture
Design adaptive organizational structures to support operational effectiveness.
Foster and maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive work culture.
Mapping the business processes of each business unit and translate them into job profiles and ensure the capabilities of each job position
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Ensure an effective recruitment process to attract top talent in all level.
Design retention strategies and succession plans for key talent.
Performance Management
Develop performance appraisal systems based on KPIs and competencies.
Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Training & Development
Plan employee development programs based on organizational needs.
Oversee internal and external training programs.
Develop competencies matrix based on organizational needs
Design competitive remuneration systems in line with labor regulations.
Manage BPJS, insurance, and other employee benefits efficiently.
Industrial Relations & Compliance
Maintain harmonious industrial relations between management and employees.
Ensure all HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
HR Operations & Systems
Oversee HR administration processes, payroll, database management, and HRIS systems.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external HR audits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or Human Resources; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or HRBP role.
Capable of leading cross-functional HR teams: GA, Recruitment, OD, C&B, IR, etc.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, PKWT, outsourcing, labor unions, and HR regulations.
Experience in industrial relations and conflict resolution is essential.
Experience in multi-sectore business unit management (Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, etc)
