are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Brand Activation Manager
to lead the execution of brand activation initiatives for Moët Hennessy, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury beverage portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual activation plans aligned with brand strategy and commercial objectives
Lead on-trade and off-trade activation programs to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement
Manage event planning, guest shifts, brand experiences, and premium activations
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and ROI evaluation of activation activities
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Maintain strong relationships with key outlets, partners, and brand ambassadors
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to strengthen brand positioning
Ensure brand guidelines and premium image standards are consistently upheld
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or commercial roles (preferably in premium/luxury beverage industry)
Strong understanding of on-trade channel and premium consumer engagement
Proven experience managing events, activations, and brand campaigns
Strong budgeting, analytical, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Willing to work flexible hours and attend evening events
