Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, commercial, government, education, and project-based markets.
Manage and coach the sales team to hit individual & team KPIs.
Oversee end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closing.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Wide network with potential clients.
Manage teamโs project timelines.
Update regular reports to the management team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree from any major
5โ8 years B2B sales experience (furniture/interior/building materials preferred) in project sales management
Strong network in corporate, project-based, and commercial markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strategic, proactive, and able to manage multiple pipelines
