Marketing Staff

organized . This role is for the coordinator who loves the \"how\" as much as the \"what.\" From raising POs and tracking budgets to

managing the daily operational hustle

of logistics and internal support, you will be the

backbone of our marketing execution .

Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Minimum

1 year of experience in FMCG sector

will be advantageous Understanding of marketing operations and administration Knowledge of finance, cost, and budget management Proficient in MS Office (basic Excel formulas required) Familiar with

SAP system

is preferred Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

Job Role: Support daily marketing operational and administrative activities Manage cash advance requests and petty cash for the Marketing team Monitor and control marketing budgets by activity Handle PR, PO, and GR processes in the system Maintain proper filing and documentation of marketing activities Prepare routine reports

(Cash Advance, Petty Cash, A&P, monthly administrative reports) Support marketing campaigns, sample delivery, and other operational needs Maintain marketing expense records and track ongoing activities Collect and compile marketing data to support reporting and decision-making
