You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and controls — not just to keep things in check, but to drive smarter, faster decisions across the company. What You’ll Do:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all departments. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and financial policies. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to guide business growth. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely, accurate reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Manage relationships with external partners: auditors and banks. Support IPO readiness activities including financial audits, compliance documentation, and reporting standards alignment. What We’re Looking For:

Strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and business modeling. IPO Experience: Prior involvement in preparing a company for IPO or public listing processes. Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect financial data with business goals — and drive action from it. Operational Understanding: Knows how finance supports functions like marketing, logistics, and sales. Leadership & Ownership: Experienced in managing teams and taking full responsibility for finance operations.
