Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability by leveraging deep category insights, including consumer trends, product innovation, seasonal demand, and competitive landscape across multiple online sales channels
Own and oversee brand profitability through disciplined P&L management, ensuring pricing, promotion mechanics, and product assortment align with business targets
Manage and optimize all online sales channels, including marketplace platforms and social commerce, to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales performance
Lead campaign and product launch excellence, ensuring strong planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluation across channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand presence online
Job Requirements
Bachelorโs degree from any major; preferably Business, Management, or Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or within major e-commerce platforms in Indonesia
Strong and comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations, including social commerce (TikTok Shop, Instagram, etc.)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Basic but solid understanding of P&L management and commercial decision-making
Comfortable with rapid experimentation, embracing new ideas, tools, and strategies to drive performance and growth
