Navigos Search is supporting our client – a well-established international manufacturing company – in the search for an experienced HR Manager to be based in Solo, Indonesia. This role will play a key part in building and strengthening the local HR function, supporting factory operations, and developing a strong local leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment strategy and talent acquisition to support plant operations and growth. Partner with leadership team to develop workforce planning and strengthen talent pipelines. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Support local leadership development and organizational capability building. Implement group HR policies and drive HR initiatives at the plant level.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum

8 years of HR management experience , preferably in

manufacturing / factory environments . Solid understanding of

Southeast Asia labor laws and recruitment channels . Experience in

organizational development, restructuring, and labor relations . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English . Interested candidates are welcome to apply or contact
