Creative Conceptor
a strategic thinker and storyteller who can transform insights into
integrated creative ideas
that come alive across
digital, media, and event experiences . In this role, Business Lead and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, campaign concepts, and event storylines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong concepts for campaigns that span
digital platforms, media, and on-ground activations/events .
Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure ideas are aligned with business objectives and audience insights.
Contribute to pitch decks, presentations, and campaign narratives with strong strategic and creative thinking.
Keep a pulse on cultural trends, audience behavior, and creative innovations to inform concept development.
Work independently, managing multiple projects with discipline and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
Undergraduate degree
in Communication, Media, Business, or related fields
1+ years of experience
in creative concepting, advertising, media planning, or integrated marketing — across both
offline (TV, Radio, Print)
and
digital
touchpoints.
Proven ability to craft and present compelling ideas and narratives.
Experience working on
large, integrated projects
and collaborating with diverse teams.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Demonstrated success in
client-facing roles , with the ability to articulate and defend creative ideas clearly.
Open-minded, curious, and passionate about blending creativity with strategy.
