This is a fully remote job based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with FMCG retail clients.

Communication Bridge:

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Project Oversight:

Support client onboarding and implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are met.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor account performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve client concerns proactively and effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 -7 years experience in

account management, client success, or B2B sales , preferably in FMCG or retail tech.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in

English and Bahasa Indonesia .

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Good understanding of

IT products and B2B SaaS , with client onboarding and implementation experience.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
