We’re looking for a detail-oriented
CRM Operations Specialist
to support the execution and optimization of our CRM activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting CRM campaigns, and driving operational efficiency across the team.
Job Descriptions:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and system health.
Support the execution of CRM campaigns, including email, WhatsApp, by setting up segments, scheduling deployments, and monitoring performance.
Collaborate with Brand & Commercial teams to implement and optimize customer journeys and communication flows.
Assist in troubleshooting CRM-related issues and provide support to internal users.
Document CRM processes, workflows, and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM operations by identifying areas for efficiency gains and recommending solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing operations, or a related field.
Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Insider, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap) is a significant plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management basics is a plus.
