Manage and forecast inventory needs in alignment with business demand, market trends, and promotional activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless coordination between logistics and other business areas. Develop risk management strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions. Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on FMCG industries. Strong experience in supply and demand planning, with a proven ability to optimize inventory levels. Experience working with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp focus on operational details.
