Personal Assistant - Multilingual

Overview We are a Design – Manufacturing management company based in Bandung, catering our sole international client UDG ( www.udggear.com ), a global brand providing premium bags, cases, and accessories for DJs, producers, and musicians.

We are seeking a senior-level professional to fill the following position:

Position Personal Assistant – Multilingual (Indonesian / English / Chinese)

We are hiring a Senior Personal Assistant to support senior management and cross-border operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven individual with strong experience in international coordination, supplier communication, and follow-up. The position plays a key role in ensuring clarity, structure, and timely execution across China-facing supplier activities and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Direct support to senior management

Daily coordination and follow-up with Chinese suppliers (Mandarin required)

Tracking and enforcing timelines for drawings, samples, production, QC, and logistics

Coordinating between management, R&D, purchasing, and logistics teams

Preparing clear action lists, summaries, and status updates

Ensuring agreed specifications and instructions are executed correctly

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

Fluent in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a PA, sourcing, trading, or supply chain coordination role

Proven experience working directly with Chinese suppliers or factories

Strong organizational skills and persistent follow-up capability

Able to work independently with senior management

Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
