Job Description:
Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/email
Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
Monitor hard complaints and communicate with CS Team to reach out user and provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Aware about SOP and Product Updates
Requirements:
1 year of related working experience as Customer Support. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Finance are also welcome to apply
Good Accounting knowledge is a must
People-oriented, proactive, and communicative
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good personality
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
