Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding (Air & Sea Freight), with a strong track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.

Possess a valid Mandarin Language Certification (HSK Level 4 or above, or equivalent).

Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin with overseas agents, principals, and Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Strong understanding of import/export regulations, documentation, and other systems.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools.

Job Description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and customs brokerage.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with operations and customs teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.

Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and government requirements.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
