Qualifications
Experience minimum 1 (one) year experience in the same position
Proficient in English
College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (1,2)
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/ Restaurant operations leadership role (Assistant F&B Manager, Restaurants Manager, etc) (1)
Passion for leadership and teamwork (1,2)
Eye detail to achieve operational excellence 91,2)
Excellent guest service skills
Experience in Indonesian, Asian,& Western cuisine (Japanese, Vegan, Cuisine is more preferred) (2)
