Executive Connection Planning
Responsible for developing integrated, data-led media plans that translate business objectives into clear channel strategies. Planner plays a critical role in balancing brand and performance, aligning multiple stakeholders, and ensuring plans are grounded in insight, feasibility, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Media & Communication Planning
Develop full-funnel media plans across channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, OOH, Retail Media)
Translate business objectives into clear channel roles, budget splits, and phasing
Support planning for both always-on activity and key launch moments
Data-Led Strategy & Insights
Use performance data, audience insights, and market signals to inform planning decisions
Interpret dashboards and reports to identify what’s working, what’s not, and why
Support optimization and re-planning based on learnings and results
Key Account Nuances
Plan across multiple product categories and price tiers
Balance brand metrics and performance KPIs (awareness, consideration, ROAS, CPA)
Factor in e-commerce, app, and retail touchpoints within the media plan
Support planning around high-frequency launches, promos, and seasonal moments
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with platform, performance, analytics teams to ensure plans are executable
Align planning outputs with operational realities (budget, timelines, platform constraints)
Support planning manager/ Group heads in client presentations and discussions
Client & Stakeholder Support
Prepare planning decks, rationale, and responses to client briefs
Confidently explain planning logic, channel roles, and investment decisions
Support ongoing plan reviews and performance discussions
Key Capabilities & Skills
Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals
Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
Ability to connect business objectives, media strategy, channel execution
Structured thinking with attention to detail
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Basic Requirements
1-3 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or integrated planning
Experience planning across digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Video)
Exposure to large or complex advertiser accounts preferred
Strong PowerPoint and Excel / Google Sheets skills
Bachelor’s degree required
