Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experience and achieve sales goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales floor management, visual standards, and stock accuracy.

Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members’ performance and product knowledge.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing activities and achieving business objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 2 year in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury or premium fashion retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about luxury retail and customer engagement.

Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professionalism.

Customer data analysis and growth customer data based for clienteling business.

Understand store event and able to conduct store event.

Fluent in English is a plus.
